New - Dedicated Help Desk Phone Numbers
In an effort to provide our customers with direct access to the support people that are best prepared to service their needs, we have created three new help desk support phone numbers that route calls directly to one of three help desk support groups specialized in servicing a particular customer demographic.
Our business help desk team is trained and experienced in supporting the more complex networked computer systems and applications deployed by our business customers.
Our consumer help desk team is geared toward providing excellent service the unique needs of customers looking for help with a home or home office PC.
And our Apple help desk team is trained and dedicated to supporting all things Apple.
