TCW Now Offers Per-Incident Emergency Support
TCW has long offered contract-based 24x7 emergency service for those customers that need to be able to reach an engineer outside of our regular business hours. But now for the first time we are making emergency service available to all of our customers, on a per-incident basis.
"We've recognized a growing need for our customers to be able to reach us after hours when they experience unexpected problems", says TCW service manager Steve Walter. "And we wanted to make this service more available to our general customer base, not just a select few who sign up for a service contract".
Under the new plan, customers can call the regular TCW phone number and select emergency service by dialing 3 from the auto-attendant menu. Customers who initiate an emergency service incident will pay a per-incident emergency service fee as well as standard overtime fees, but no emergency service contract is required.
"All fees will be clearly spelled out when the customer calls in, and they will have the option to initiate an emergency call or leave a message for a next business day response for service." explains Steve. "We see this as a win/win for TCW and our customers. We are able to provide better service to all of our customers, and our customers only pay for the service they need."
