The data is compressed and encrypted using the AES 256-bit high-strength encryption algorithm and stored locally on your TCW DataSafe server. For added protection, your data is also automatically and securely copied offsite to TCW’s central storage server. Flexible retention policies allow you to store your backups for as long as you like, and old backups are automatically deleted to save space.
