On-Site or Carry-In Service
Some problems require us to have physical access to a computer or network device. In this case, we will schedule a time to send one of our network engineers to your home or office. Or, you may opt to bring your computer to one of our service centers located in Lancaster and Manheim / Mount Joy.

Pre-purchased Continuing Service Support Pak
Pre-purchase service and take advantage of lower rates! The Continuing Service Support Pak contains 56 “units”, each equivalent to 15 minutes of service time. These flexible units can be used for on-site, carry-in, or help desk service and are pre-purchased at a 6-10% savings. Best of all, they never expire! On-Site Service Agreements (OSA)
An On-Site Service Agreement provides regularly-scheduled visits to your office by a TCW network engineer on a bimonthly, monthly, biweekly or weekly basis. These service contracts are specifically designed to help those customers that do not have an internal IT staff be more proactive with the management and maintenance of their technology systems. Each visit we'll work through any issues identified by the customer and perform routine checkup and maintenance on your servers and network to keep things operating smoothly. This proactive approach helps to reduce unexpected emergency expenses while also allowing our customers to take advantage of savings of 15% or more off of our standard service rates. We have elected to use TCW (rather than hire full-time technical staff) as our facility is medium sized and we did not feel we could attract and retain qualified IT professionals. It becomes TCW’s job to staff this important function and they bring much more depth to the position than just one person. TCW has consistently provided the Manor with excellent field personnel.
