Service Contracts TCW prides itself on providing excellent service to customers. Below are TCW's Service Options: Standard Service Agreement The standard service agreement places one
of our technicians in your organization on a regular basis. You have
the option of utilizing the labor 1 to 4 times per month, depending
on your technology needs. The requirements are as follows:
Our Network Engineers are available for emergency support after normal business hours. Normal business hours are Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm. Our engineers are available within a 30 mile radius of the TCW office. (more details) Flex-Pack Service The Flex-Pak service allows you to pre-purchase
units at a discounted hourly rate for onsite service, phone support,
or at TCW's office. Advantages include less paperwork and a discounted
hourly rate.
