TCW Rental Equipment

TCW offers a wide variety of computer related items for rental. This includes LCD Projectors, Notebook Computers, Workstations, and Monitors. Below is a listing of items and the associated costs.

LCD Projectors

• Infocus 2000 Lumens LCD Projector - $85 per day / $225 per week.
• Infocus 2200 Lumens LCD Projector - $85 per day / $225 per week.
• Infocus 3300 Lumens LCD Projector - $125 per day / $285 per week.
• DaLite Picture King Tripod 72" Diagonal (4:3 Aspect) Projector Screen - $10 per day / $35 per week
  

Price includes basic training on using the Projector.

Notebook per Week Rental - $75.00
Notebook per Month Rental - $150.00

Workstations
Workstation Rental includes 17" Monitor, Mouse, Keyboard, and Surge Arrest. Specs of the computers are Pentium III / Celeron or better.

• Rental - $35.00 per computer / day, $75.00/week, $150/month

Delivery, Setup, and Removal billed at normal labor rates.

Laser Printers

Laser printers available for daily, weekly, or monthly rental. Please contact us for pricing and models that are currently available.

Monitors

• 19" LCD Color Monitor $50.00 for Three Days (Minimum) - $3.00 per extra day
